WARRANTEE

All products have an individual manufacturer's warranty. This is at least 6 months. The manufacturer's warranty services vary (on-site repair, collection, return by customer).
In some cases, extended warranty/maintenance options are offered which include better response times and more service in the event of a defect (e.g. HP CarePack). For production-critical products, we always recommend taking out an extended maintenance contract if possible.

Our offer is aimed exclusively at commercial customers, associations, public institutions and freelancers. As a commercial buyer in the sense of §14 BGB you have no right of withdrawal.
